Summer is finally here and so is summer fun at Ashley’s Playhouse! Staring in June, join us every Wednesday this summer from 3pm – 4pm to cool off with popsicles, sprinklers, splash tables and more! Make sure to pack a bathing suit, towel, and shoes that can get wet.

Starting in June through July we will be having special summer activities during the week. Here’s a list of everything we have on the schedule

• Make Believe Monday – Every Monday will have a fun theme, crafts, and costumes for the kids (Firemen, animals, etc).
• Tasty Tuesday – Sno Cones for afternoon snack
• Wet & Wild Wednesday – From 3pm – 4pm the kids will be playing outside with super soakers, water tables, and sprinklers. 
• Field Trips on Thursdays – We will be offering various field trips around Austin to kids 5+. See our calendar for more information
• Fresh Cookie Friday – We will have fresh baked cookies for our afternoon and evening snacks

We’ve decided to begin our 10 year birthday celebrations a little early! Now through the end of February purchase an Ashley’s Playhouse “Block A” prepaid time block anytime and receive $500 worth of childcare for only $400! Blocks never expire, so buy now and save later!

Friday Night Flicks are are here to stay! APH offers a $25 flat rate for children 2 years and older every Friday. Just drop off any time after 5pm and pick up before we close at 10pm. Must be registered at Ashley’s Playhouse to take advantage of this spectacular deal!

We currently plan to have normal hours for the remainder of the week, but we will be closing after the last child leaves if we don’t have any evening reservations, so friendly reminder that reservations are ALWAYS appreciated!

Based on current reservations and potentially hazardous road conditions, we will have modified business hours tomorrow (Monday 1/15- MLK Day) of 8:30am-7pm. We will continue to monitor the weather and adjust hours if necessary for the remainder of the week.

Reminder: We do close after the last child leaves if we don’t have any reservations for the evening, so please continue to make reservations for all ages/times so we can staff properly.

In addition to our flexible hourly drop-in care, Ashley’s Playhouse offers three different options for families looking for more regular care.  Our Part-time program runs Monday through Friday 9am-2pm.  Our Full-time program runs Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. Our “Flexible 50” program is designed for parents who need full-time care at non-traditional hours.  Parents will pay up front for 50 hours of care per week at a 50% discount- there are no refunds on unused hours.  The week runs from Monday through Sunday of our normal operating hours.  We’d love to answer any questions you have!
